From 2018-2019, the creator group for the Sustainability Coffee Skills curriculum for the Specialty Coffee Association comprised Hanes Motsinger, Nora Burkey, Kate Fischer, and me (Erika Koss).
On these webinars, ASTs Frans Taapken and Ricardo Oteros join us, because they were among our first pilot Foundation and Intermediate students in early 2019.
Nora and I co-taught the Foundation course launch at the Specialty Coffee Expo in Boston, USA, in April 2019, where we had 15 students from all around the world, many who have continued in our online co-taught Intermediate courses since then.
This month, Kate, Nora, and I will teach the first-ever Professional course with eight students joining us online from Hong Kong, the Netherlands, Italy, and the USA states of Massachusetts, New York, California, and Hawai’i.
